Our painting roots trace back to Scotland, where Austin’s grandfather became the youngest journeyman painter at just 18 years old before immigrating to Madison, Wisconsin, bringing with him a passion for quality craftsmanship that has been passed down through the generations.

Founded in 2020 by Austin McMillan, a fourth-generation painter, Fourth Generation Painting was established to carry on that proud family tradition. After relocating from Wisconsin to St. Charles County, Austin and his wife are now raising their two young boys while continuing the family’s commitment to exceptional painting services.

Today, we proudly serve homeowners and businesses throughout the St. Charles area with the same values that have guided our family for generations—honesty, integrity, attention to detail, and superior craftsmanship. Every project we complete reflects our commitment to treating your home or business with the same care and pride as if it were our own.
